2 cups Spinach
1/2 Banana, medium
1/2 Inch Ginger, root
Lemon Juice from 1 fresh Lemon
1 pinch Cayenne
2 Tsp Chia Seeds
ice to desired consistency
water or unflavored unsweetened almond milk to desired consistency

Blend and enjoy!
add lemon to desired tartness
